Push up and down.

Let's do push ups.Another ten! Then sit ups another 10.
If we do this for a week.By now we feel a difference on our chests and tummies.
Notice some abs forming?
This is not a get fit quick thing.Be patient.
Let's add 10 squats today.
Work plan:
*10 push ups
*10 sit ups
*10 squats(new addition)
We can do it.
