HIIT cardio

When most people think of cardio, they think of long, boring jogs, or endless hours on an elliptical trainer.
The good news for you is that there is a cardio method that takes much less time and is far superior to jogging to help you burn fat.This is called "High Intensity Interval Training" (HIIT).
HIIT consists of an alternation of intense exercise followed by low-intensity exercise, or rest.
If you run a sprint for 30 seconds, then walk for 60 seconds, and so on for x cycles, this is high intensity interval training.
