Body Fitness (Strong & Agile Mode)

Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, it's the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities without much much body pain.

Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest.

Check out these 3-5 minutes daily exercise and improve your fitness in a short time.
