Bodybuilding is one of the most extreme processes anybody can put their body through as ‘those committed’ fight and fight and fight, adhering to a strict diet and exercise regime, in order to transform their bodies into a pile of solid muscle. But just because a bodybuilder is aiming for “peak strength” doesn’t mean that can’t also have a splash of glamor.
