Firstly I’m not 52… I’m a 38yr old female and I don’t know how to change my profile lol
I strength train at least 4 times a week and with better nutrition and supplements I have dropped from 83kgs to 75kgs. My body has changed so much. I love my shoulders when I flex and I can now see ab lines on the sides of my stomach.
However, I cannot seem to drop those stubborn areas on the top of part of my stomach, bra line and inner thighs.
I want to get lean and look like I train and I’ve been told Clen is the way to go.
Any advice would be appreciated.
