I am going to join a gym tomorrow. I have gotten really out of shape the past few years and low on confidence. I've wanted to join a gym and start using the weights for a while now but I am a super shy person and I always come up with excuses not to go.
I know everyone will be busy concentrating on their own workout and shouldn't feel self conscious but I know I will. I think I will be better if I have a plan of what I am going to do but don't know where to start. Does anyone have any tips on what machines to use? I know that in general people recommend having a arms and upper body and and leg day. But I am not sure what exercises are best.
