Too short, can’t lift bar off of rack for incline bench press

Hello everyone,,,
I’m a beginner trying to get into lifting and using the bars for the first time but I’m having some trouble.

As the title says, I’m too short to be able to lift the bar off of the rack. Even if I were to arch my back to push the bar higher, I am also not strong enough to push the bar off of the uprights :(

I’ve read some similar subreddit posts that suggest sticking to dumbbells. However I read that barbell lifting is necessary for gaining mass.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can overcome this issue? Thanks in advance :)
