Popular and effective.So...

The most popular exercise. Here we go again.. That's right push ups!!

Some people think that's easy.Well not for everyone.

Look there is plenty of gyms around!
Go right ahead.Do them lifts.

This is for the basics.To tone our bodies.
Trust its way way easier to get good muscles after a good body tone.(speaking from experience)

So let's tone our bodies.

Let's do ten push ups then ten sit ups!
(Optional)Consider doing an extra set of both.
