ALWAYS hungry; HELP.

Hiya. Very new to this site. Just joined a few minutes ago. I'm 23. 5'3. 125-130 lbs. Been consistently lifting for the past 8/9 months. Running into the same issue of being hungry no matter how much food I ate 20 minutes or 2 hours ago. I can pound food like we're about to experience a famine, and actually hate eating in front of other people who don't really know me like that or even talking about how much I can eat, because I feel like I'm judged for it.

I tried cutting about a week ago and failed within the first few days, as I became way too food focused, and overall hangry. Please help..

Trouble gaining muscle while nursing

Hello!

I’ve significantly gained strength on the Starting Strength program. However, I am 8 months postpartum (tried bulking to build muscle and body fat raised to 24% so now I have cut to 21%). I am tracking macros (1g protein/lb bodyweight) however, my body fat at this point has seemed to stall....I seem to be losing muscle and fat at the same time thus keeping my bf at 21%. Has anyone experienced this? In general, I’m slow to build muscle which is why my body fat climbed so high in a bulk (despite only gaining 0.5-1 lb a week) and now staying the same bf while losing weight at 1 lb per week. Any advice or things to try would be much appreciated!

My weight is 123 and I’m 5’6”. My squat is 127 at 5x3. Obviously I can get a lot stronger as I’m a beginner.

Advice on how to achieve my dream body (shape)

Hi people, I'm new to this forum so I apologise if I am not posting this in the appropriate thread (please let me know)
I'm 23 years old and I am wondering if some of you could give me some tips/advice on how I should go about achieving my desired body shape.

Here I have provided images of my current body. Front side and back. I don't know my exact body shape, But I think I am an inverted triangle type, as i'm larger up top (broad shoulders, waist) I want to balance out my physique by preferably adding a lot of mass to my butt and hips, so that I look more symmetrical and less top heavy. I'm aware that I will need to be eating a caloric surplus diet as well as working out certain muscle groups aimed toward my lower body to achieve what I want, however I am clueless about what I should be doing.

My dream is to be "thicker" in my lower body with a little waist (I know, typical) I want what every girls wants.. A 'skinny thick' body - but that's probably only possible for people who have pear shaped bodies. If you can't already tell I'm sorta clueless about this stuff, so please enlighten me! Thankyou! :)

My height: 167cm
Weight: 52 - 53kg

Getting more toned and lean but not loose weight

Hi! I’m 18 years old 5’8” and weigh 113 lbs I’m at a very healthy weight I workout following a lean program every other day and then do a some booty workouts and a little bit of interval cardio training on the other days. I am thin but eat A LOT but very clean since I’m constantly working out. I love protiens like ham, eggs, low carb protein powders, ***e 0 yogurt, and healthy carbs like apples, berries, quinoa and of course veggies. I am lean and toned but I would love to leaner without getting too skinny. I’m not sure how to approach getting my abs more defined. Is it my workouts or my diet that’s cause them to not show? Should I do more cardio? I used to be ripped when I was underweight but now I’m healthy! I train so hard I just wish I could see the definition in my abs that I expected. I also was curious if I should track macros and if that would give better results. Thank you so much!

Uniboob problem

Either I am blind, or not seeing another topic like this here (I thought there would be!)

anyway, I am pretty big-chested (DD's). Every sports bra I've tried on gives me a single mono-boob and I don't like it. I hate having what looks like swim tube at my chest under my tank.

Any suggestions to sports bras?

Help ( abbs)

Hey I'm fairly new to this and am doubting the process a bit. Im not competing but trying to build muscle everywhere in particular abbs. I am quite slim to begin with about 20.9 % body fat when I started and have a fast metabolism. I started 3 months ago and I am tracking macro's and eating lots of protein and doing weights 3/4 times a week.

After doing research I concluded that because I wanted my abbs prominent I should be on a calorie deficit but my other half had said that I am getting too skinny ( even though I have only lost a pound or so) I am getting more tonnned on my arms and have lost alot of fat on my bum, but my abbs haven't changed much despite eating clean and working out.

Am I doing this right should I be bulking first then on a deficit? Any help please

What’s wrong?

Hey everyone!
Trying to become leaner and kinda stuck for 3-4 mo, going nowhere.
I’m about 5”2 and 57 kilos (ideally wanna be around 50)
Rn eating little carbs around 50g a day
Protein stays the same all the time around 90g day sometimes 100
Fat I raised up a while ago and its 80g a day
But no matter how i play with carbs or fat I’m going no where
I eat really clean , no cheats , lift 3 times a week
Work at the dealership a lot of hours and very active during the day.
Any ideas what can be wrong?
Thank you all in advance!

Training Tips for Keeping Booty During a Cut

I just did a DEXA and came back at 31.9% Total Body Fat. (Groan)

I'm a size 0-2 and I store most of my fat in my booty, so somehow I don't look that bad. That said, I've got my nutrition squared away with a 12-week cut (RP), am introducing more LISS (swimming) to help torch some fat, and I lift 4 days/wk, mostly machines with some Olympic lifting mixed in.

Do you guys have any tips on type, volume, and frequency to help me put some more ham on my hocks while I'm whittling off some fat?

Thanks ladies!

Stuck. Frustrated.

I am back to working with my coach after taking almost 2 years off for the birth of my 4th.
I have a trip coming up in 7 weeks so my goals with my coach is to lean out to where I was prior to baby and then go into another bulk as I was doing prior to baby. I was in the best shape of my life before getting pregnant with this last kiddo.
I have been working with my coach for 2 weeks now but have been trying to drop weight on my own for a few months. Nothing is moving. I’m stuck at 140-141 (I’m 5’7”)... photos aren’t changing, measurements don’t change.
Currently at 1500 calories (down from 1600 over the past few weeks)... 125-130p, 40-50f, and the rest carbs up to my calorie goal. Lifting heavy and increasing weights weekly... 5x a week (two upper body, 2 lower, 1 glute) and either try and hit a 8-10k step goal or on slow days, 30-45 min walking on the incline trainer at variable intensities and steepness (I can’t run).
Nothing. I feel like I’m doing everything correctly, and it’s like my body just has decided it no longer wants to cooperate.
Anyone have experience and stories of how you overcame a stale mate with weight? This trip coming up is important... it’s a presidents club trip my husband earned at his job. And right now, I don’t want to go. I’m so discouraged!
Edit: baby is 14 months. I’m 34. Stopped nursing him 2 months ago.

Laser Bikini/Brazilian advice

Hi there! Anyone with some recent experience with these procedures?
How much do you typically spend totally on the entire process?

While waxing works OK, I hate the time you have to grow to prepare for the next waxing! A more permanent solution would be great as I compete in Bikini.
