I am a 16 year old girl who previously started out underweight and am now about 51-52 kg at 5’5. I would like to eventually get to 54kg.
I am following stronglifts 5x5 but have heard different figures for weight gain per week...
How much should i aim for?
I was thinking about 0.3-0.4kg?
