Strength Training

In addition to targeting the legs (glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves), a whole-body strength-training regimen should target the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and core. Begin by performing one set of eight to 15 repetitions twice a week, then slowly progress to two or three sets during each workout.

Diet help

I want to get into bodybuilding but I'm unsure about how I should approach my diet. Ive read articles about bulking and cutting, and I'm still a little bit lost. I've been inspired by the sport and it's like I want to commit. So I am obese. My stats are 5'1 and 243. Should I look at supplements? Whats a good meal plan to follow with easy prep.

Lose weight, instructions for use:

I want to lose weight ... What should I eat? Which sport to choose? Many of you say you want to lose weight fast and effectively, but do you really know how to do it? Are you ready to make the necessary efforts to eliminate excess fat and regain a leaner and more toned body?

There is no miracle diet that will make you lose 10 pounds in 2 days. Extreme dieting will help you in the short term, but will not allow you to understand the root cause of the excess fat. If you are in good health, shedding pounds by adopting good habits will be easy, provided you practice new routines.

TO LOSE WEIGHT, THERE WILL NECESSARILY BE POINTS WHICH YOU CANNOT FAIL.
To lose sustainably, you will need to apply dietary rules on a daily basis through balanced and healthy menus, which will allow you to reduce your caloric intake so as to avoid fat storage. Thus, rather than consuming excess calories, your body will draw directly from your energy reserves to function.

As for sport, you will need to walk a minimum (ideally, it is recommended to walk at least 30 minutes per day) or practice physical activity, even moderate. By combining these two aspects, you will certainly succeed in shedding pounds in the long run.

New !!! 5 GYM MISTAKES To Avoid For *Fast Results* !!

Hey queens !!!

Female Bodybuilding originally developed as an outgrowth of not only the late nineteenth-century European vaudeville and circus strongwomen acts, Bernarr Macfadden's turn of the century women's physique competitions, and the weightlifting of Abbye "Pudgy" Stockton, but also as an outgrowth of the men's bodybuilding. The contest formats of men's events during the 1950s to the mid-1970s had often been supplemented with either a women's beauty contest or bikini show. These shows "had little to do with women's bodybuilding as we know it today, but they did serve as beginning or, perhaps more properly, as a doormat for the development of future bodybuilding shows."[2][3] Physique contests for women date back to at least the 1960s with contests like Miss Physique, Miss Body Beautiful U.S.A., W.B.B.G. and Miss Americana, I.F.B.B.. Maria Elena Alberici, as listed in the Almanac of Women's Bodybuilding, won two national titles in one year: Miss Body Beautiful U.S.A. in 1972, promoted by Dan Lourie and Miss Americana in 1972, promoted by Joe Weider. Mr. Olympia, Arnold Schwarzenegger was a judge at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York when Maria Elena Alberici (aka) Maria Lauren won Miss Americana.[4][5] It was not until the late 1970s, after the advent of second-wave feminism and female powerlifting events that women were seen as capable of competing in their own bodybuilding competitions

I hope you are keeping well! I share five things I wish I knew before I started my health/fitness journey in the gym!
These cover quite a lot of questions and also hopefully help you avoid making the same mistakes as I did, meaning will save you so much time and effort! Lots of love !!

Diary 5 minutes with Per month 7.5 weight don't give

covid-19 in their bans weight don't give opportunity

Working in the gym is not always fun, or unfortunately, there may not be time to go to the gym in a rush. Regardless, we all want to burn fat fast while exercising. Some robust cardiovascular exercises will help you lose weight. I always say, fast weight loss diets called fat loss alone are not very healthy. It is necessary to be able to do sports with nutrition.

Now put everything aside, I've made a great suggestion to start with. Get ready for exercise plans that you can do at home, by giving only 5 minutes with your diet regimen.

HIIT cardio

When most people think of cardio, they think of long, boring jogs, or endless hours on an elliptical trainer.
The good news for you is that there is a cardio method that takes much less time and is far superior to jogging to help you burn fat. This is called "High Intensity Interval Training" (HIIT).
HIIT consists of an alternation of intense exercise followed by low-intensity exercise, or rest.
If you run a sprint for 30 seconds, then walk for 60 seconds, and so on for x cycles, this is high intensity interval training.

newbie here

Hi

Stumbled upon this forum when I was searching for a diet plan, I am Christy and about to get married by the month of June next year, currently, I am 240lbs and looking to lose 80lbs till then, I don't want to look monster in my wedding dress, that is the reason I also wear a waist trainer I recently purchased from prowaist whenever I meet my boyfriend.

I am ready to do whatever it takes to reach my goal. I hope to be active here as much as I can.

Thank you.
