Tonning routine for unpredictable amount of training days during the week

Hi

I came up with below Routine for my wife to get tonned body.
'Workout days may happen from 1 up to 3 times per week. We never know when she will have time so routine is same for each training and is aimed to be holistic for all muscles groups. (altough yeah there is no triceps but you do it while you do bench presss etc.)

If there are any major problems with below please let me know.


Warm Up 5 minutes

Set Rep
Goblet squat 2 10
Romanian Deadlift 2 10
Barbell Glute/Hip Bridge 2 10
Bench Press 2 10
Lat Pulldown 1 10
Seated Cable Row 1 10
Renegade row 2 10
Standing Barbell Shoulder Press 2 10
Deadbug 2 20
Floor dumbbell Russian twist 2 10

Cardio 10 minutes
