Is there a way to DECREASE tricep size?

This probably sounds like a crazy question, but I have no idea who else to ask this so I'm hoping that someone in the bodybuilding community will have some insight! I'm now realizing I've always had larger tricep muscles even since I was in middle school. I played sports here and there when I was younger but never seriously so I'm not even sure why they are so defined. I'm now in my early twenties and literally I hate my arms. No one would look at me and say I have "big" arms but they appear bigger for my frame and to me look like turkey legs. I think it's the "lateral head," but I have no idea what I'm talking about. I know there's a small amount of fat covering them as well which exacerbates the problem. I could just lose fat overall but I'm already quite thin and this is where I store fat first and lose it last so I would still have the issue of the arms appearing proportionally larger because I would just lose more fat everywhere else. Also I have tried in the past with overall fat loss and my arms still looked. the same. So I turned to consultations for liposuction and coolsculpting because at this time I just thought I had "fat" in my arms and the doctors would all say "Hmmm, you have rather large tricep muscles, I'm not sure that's all fat." Coolsculpting technicians say there is so little fat that they cant pick it up with their applicator. So now that I've learned that muscle is a large factor in the appearance of my arms, I'm wondering where to go from here. Is there any exercises to lengthen these muscles? Make them smaller? Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
