Beginner looking for help and advice

Hi all,

Having lost 50kg recently I am at the point of my journey where I am wanting to take my fitness seriously and start the 2nd part of my transformation journey.

I have always been naturally "strong" but not in an athletic way.

My partner and I have just purchased a home gym, incline bench and dumbbells as a starting point to tone and begin building muscle.

Google has countless articles and advice forums but I figure what better place to ask than here. Is anyone able to point a beginner on the right course of how to start a proper fitness journey to be the best version of myself - physically and mentally strong.
