Does this look good?

Overall goals are to lose some stubborn fat around my arms, back, stomach and have my muscles pop through.

Does this exercise split look good?

In addition to a small cut with macro consumption 1600 cal: 40 protein, 40 carbs, 20 fat

I’m 5’4” and 137 pounds. Stomach has bump on it due to injectable medicine, although I wish it was a ransom ab instead 🤪

**power abs is a 10 min workout 5x week

Mon:
AM: 50 burpees, power abs
PM: chest + triceps
Tues:
AM: 50 burpees, power abs
PM: legs
Wed:
AM: 50 burpees, 15 min hiit
PM: back and biceps, power abs
Thurs:
AM: 50 burpees
PM: legs and shoulders
Fri:
AM: 50 burpees, power abs
PM: 20-30 min HIIT workout
Sat:
AM: 50 burpees, power abs
PM: legs
Sun:
15 min HIIT and 50 burpees

Pulled a muscle?

Hi guys. I did some heavy lifting on monday and am dealing with some lower body and upper body soreness from upping weights/reps. However, the crease in my right leg seems to sting noticeably more than my left when I bend it. I'm worried that I may have pulled a muscle or tendon - I can walk on it, but reaching down to touch my toes doesn't particularly feel good. I'm supposed to work out again today, but I haven't gotten up yet to and I'm a bit concerned if I should still. Today is my "light" day, so I'd be using lighter weights.

If I do end up needing to rest for a little while, would I lose muscle? I'm stressing over that particularly because of my cut.

Cheap Resistance Bands?

Hi! I just made this account to ask a quick question,I recently started to workout at home to use this time being in quarantine to be in a healthier shape. I have been watching workout videos at home, and the girl I watch always uses resistance bands, I was able to find some cheap ones here (I am on a very tight budget), I am not really sure if these are any good, do you guys have any thoughts on $3.99 - 7.99 resistance bands? I can't post the link to the website for some reason of where I found them.

My 21 year old fiancee's metabolism is horrific

I dunno what to do


I have never met someone her age with a worse metabolism. She's 21 years old, 5'10 207 and I honestly think her daily calories burned rate is probably 1100 even though all the calculators online say she should be burning 2600 per day. She works out with weights 3 times a week, runs around with kids all day at work, etc...


when she eats 500 calories (basically 1 healthy meal all day), she loses like 1 - 2 lbs a week... when she eats 1300-1800, she gains all the weight back. I have her tracking every single thing she eats on the app. I've spent entire days with her, where I watch every single thing she puts in her mouth. I've seen multiple days where she only eats 1 healthy meal all day long (basically meat and veggies), skips breakfast and lunch. Even on a semi cheat day on Saturdays, she'll have 2 meals all day and probably 1700 calories at most. I eat 3x what she eats during every meal... She doesn't drink alcohol, doesn't drink pop. I make sure she eats high protein, veggies and other healthy stuff. She probably eats 90% clean with 10% semi junk but the overall calories are always super low. I have taught her how to measure and track calories and measure what she eats. She knows to always go for high protein, low calorie choices. She now knows how much is 100 calories of rice and everything. I would say she's about 95% accurate in her calorie estimations everyday


Seriously wtf is this? She should be 160. I had her do a full comprehensive blood test and all her tests are absolutely perfect. Nothing wrong with her hormones or thyroid at all. Should I have her do clenbuterol or something? I'm so frustrated. She desperately wants to lose weight. I'm going completely fukking crazy that I can't help her

Want to build muscle but don’t want to lose figure?

I’m 5’1 and weigh 135lb. I have a very hourglass figure - my waist is completely flat, if I fast I can see my abs, and most of my fat goes to my legs/butt/breasts. My lower body looks a LOT like MissCarrieJune on Instagram except she visibly has muscle and I don’t. I really want my legs to be stronger and firmer like hers as opposed to jiggly, so I started doing squats with dumbbells and stuff like that. When gyms open up again I’ll try to do deadlifts and more lifting.

1. Can anyone explain how much protein/the way I should eat to both grow muscle and gain weight so that my legs grow to be thicker and stronger? Someone told me however many grams of protein that I weigh.

2. Will I lose my curves? I really don’t want to lose any of the fat on my butt. Does muscle growth correlate to a loss of fat even if you’re eating to gain weight?

Ladies, can you please help me with my fiancee?

My 21 year old fiancee is 5'10 207 but with very good genetics (big boobs, big butt, small waist). She is trying desperately to get in good shape but it seems like her metabolism is absolutely atrocious. She is usually a decent eater and recently she has gotten very hardcore with the diet. The last week, she's been having either 1 meal or 2 meals a day with just meat and veggies...probably 500-1200 calories a day and she still is not getting much of a weight loss. It's very slow when it should be 3 lbs a week. She has barely lost 5 lbs in like 7 weeks


Her metabolism should be good just due to her height and weight but she also works out with weights 3 times a week and has an active job running around with kids all day long. Is it plausible she has hormone/thyroid problems at her age? Should i go see a doctor? She desperately wants to get in great shape and keeps asking me for advice but I don't know how to help her.


I know some people will suggest a more moderate weight loss but she has tried eating 1500-2000 calories a day and she loses nothing.
