Hello! I've been trying to lose weight for the longest and now that I've been eating right and running. I'm finally shedding some pounds and clearing my breakouts. I've gone from 170 to 153 now(I'm also 4"9' if that matters) and I'm just wondering it's been a month. What can I do to lose weight? Steer clear of sugar and bread, I eat lots of fruits and veggies and protein/grains(food prep). But now I'm just not losing it. And I'm also starting to notice my legs are starting to hurt when I run.. what's some recommendations for excercise? Our gym opened back up but no trainers hired yet. So, I'm trying to figure myself and my routine out. Any help or advice will do. Thank you for your time!
