Return to exercise after C-section

I am a certified personal trainer and have been strength training for almost 5 years. I am currently 5 weeks postpartum with my first who was born via C-section due to fetal distress. I need advice on how to return to exercise after a C-section. The doctors don't say much other than wait 6 weeks. They don't tell me anything on what to do after 6 weeks, how to start safely, what to focus on or be mindful of. Can anyone help me out?

How can I look like her?

Hello,
So, long story short I'm 18 years old, 5 feet 6inches tall, and weigh 104ish pounds (my BMI is 16.8) I have a history of "Yo-yo Dieting" since i was 14. I want to get healthy but every time I gain weight it all seems to go to my arms.

Dealing with anxiety for nakedness/spray tanning

Hi there! I’m dealing with a relatively strong anxiety for being naked, especially in front of people. While I clearly see it can hard to belive as I’m a Bikini competitor, I can tell you it’s a completely different thing when I’m dressed up in the posing bikini and the whole competition setting works totally different om me. Actually I usually feel very relaxed on stage, and also back stage.
Now I have decided to get spray tan next time, obviously I should have done it a long time ago, but haven’t due to the anxiety issues. I can tell you. I’ve struggled a lot to try to keep up with the perfect spray tans.
I know I have the theoretical option of wearing something smaller than the posing bikini, but that’s not going to happen. Then I can just as well be naked. I don’t want to be the only one who doesn’t go nekkid.. Also the tanning provider (LSR) states in the info that they "prefer ladies to sprayed nude" and I know that’s how it’s usually done.
Do you all feel good about this?
Please give me some reassuring words here ladies!

Can you recommend a Bikini suit designer?

I'm not satisfied with my suit designer, after a long process with a lot og emailing and even phone calls the suit didn't turn out the way I was expecting. They have offered to alter it but I looking for others experiences.
I'm competing in NPC Bikini national level, and I was looking for a suit as small and tiny as the tiniest Pro-suits. I have to say my usual suit designer have somewhat been disappointing in that aspect. Anyone ordered a suit that definitely was tiny enough (right not that's my concern LoL).

Teen girl starting stronglifts

Hi everyone,

I just wanted some general advice on how my lifts are progressing after starting stronglifts about 5 weeks ago.

I am at

Squats - 42.5kg after deloading from 57 due to bad form

Over head press - 25kg

Barbell row - 32.5kg

Bench press - using the chest press machine for safety and am on level 6 with 5lbs added for 10x5 before progressing to level 7 for 5x5 which i struggled with upon trying

Deadlift - 60kg

What should I aim for? I am about 51-52kg at the moment and started off very weak.

Bulk or cut?

Hello!

Not sure if I should bulk or cut. I’m partially lean despite lots of heavy lifting. I want to put on more muscle to add more shape as well. I might be answering my own question here. I’m 127 lbs bodyfat calipers day I’m 18% but I look more like 21% or more. Any advice would be appreciated!
