Advice for a total newbie?

So, I'm 24, 5'6", and over 200lbs, and I'd like to drop around 60lbs of weight, tone up, gain strength, and thicken my thighs/hips/ass and maybe my biceps just a bit. However, there's no way in hell I could ever afford any real equipment or a trainer and I just can't do a gym, so I'm stuck with doing bodyweight stuff at home. I'll be honest, I can do maybe 3 good pushups and haven't managed a full pullup yet. What's some advice on how to achieve my goals? Anything specific about exercises, sets and reps, diets, supplements, or anything really that can help?

Sorry I'm not terribly specific or well-versed in anything, like I said, total newbie

Clueless about 1/2 reps help please

I am not new to weight lifting and am familiar with muscle groups and have stuck to training for many years now sadly not seeing the result i need to see
Today someone advised me to do the following but i am clueless what these mean? any explanation with an image will be useful Please kindly help!

Bicep Curl 1/2 rep from the Top

1/2 rep from the bottom

8 second negative

3 second till failure

I am familiar with Bicep curl.

Over head Tricep 5 sets of 15 What does it mean?how many times and what weight? Thanks for the help

Newbie to muscle building.

Hi everyone! Im new to this forum aswell as being new to muscle building, im recently in recovery from anorexia and I really want to have a better relationship with myself, and actually like my physique instead of feeling the need to lose weight all the time. Ive just got back up to a healthy bmi (go me!) And now I really want to work on my physique. I had an online coach and she did me a meal plan but I found it too restrictive and felt like it wasnt very beneficial. I still don't have a healthy relationship with food unfortunately so having such a restrictive meal plan wasn't helping! Anyway, the point in this is im not working with her now and im due to start the gym tomorrow, but now I have no idea what I need to do to get to the physique I would like and im finding it all really overwhelming. I just keep thinking that im going to hate myself forever and never actually be happy with how I look. Has anyone got any tips to be able to help me at all? Thank you so much for reading I know its quite long and thank you in advance for responding if anyone does. X

Ladies- is my workout program working? Fat or fit?

my program working? Confused about this.

Hi ! I went on a beach vacation recently and I am starting to wonder if my new workout program is making me look more fit or fat?

Current program
- minimal cardio
- lifting 4-5x a week

Current nutrition
- 1,700 cal (maintenance)
- 128 g protein (1-1.5g/lb)
----
Past workout program/nutrition:
- more cardio (20-30 min 3-4x a week)
- full body workouts 2x a week

Past weight
- 128 lbs, more slimmer i think.
