Feedback needed - Fitness YT Channel Translated to English

Hey there!

Since the pandemic started my wife started a fitness channel in Russian, and now she's translating it to English in a brand new channel. I'm the one doing the technical part and managing the cameras. I'm trying to improve but I rarely get feedback, none of the comments give reference to how good or bad it was recorded (colors, angle, locations, or even framerate).

Next steps

Hi. Long time reader, first poster.

I'm a 36 year old female.
5'3/134 pounds
Lift 3 times a week. Run 3 miles twice a week.
Track food in MFP by weight. Eating 1500 calories a day to get to 130 pounds.

I'd like to get really defined abs and legs. My goal is to have a body like a female sprinter. But I'm confused on the next steps I should take.
I know I need to drop my body fat percentage, but I don't think that would 100% get the look I'm after.

According to the many posts I've read, there's 3 choices.
lose more weight: Id like to keep my muscle and gain more.
bulk then cut: don't really like this one bc I could see the weight gain getting out of hand.
lean bulk: my preferred choice

Attached are what I currently look like. Based on these pictures, what would be the best approach?

Does this look right to you guys???

Hey everyone,
I think Im chasing my tail as I still cannot figure out why this last 10lbs will not go!!!

So Im 5'2", 41 and currently weigh 154lbs I am around 33% body fat ( Really want to cry at that figure!) lol

So I weigh train 5 days a week
Back/ Chest
Bis/Tris
Legs
Shoulders

main 4 groups then add in cardio & Abs on non weight training days.

I have started using a well known app to track my calories and its giving me a daily goal of 1200 kcals which I think is a bit low on training days so I do flex this up to 1500 on training days and 1200 on non training days
My split at the minutes is
35% Protein ( 105g)
30% Fat ( 40g)
35% Carbs (105g)

Obviously I want to keep as much muscle mass as I can but I cannot seem to drop the last 10lbs...

Any ideas where I could tweek??

Eating out during a reverse/in between shows

Hey everyone,

I am currently about 2-3 week post show and around 9-10 weeks out of my next competition. My coach is letting me have a free meal, but I am so concerned that whatever I choose to eat is going to blow out my progress and make me gain a lot of fat back and will set off a chain of negative events. She said that she thinks it's the right move for me but I am so nervous.

any tips or ideas on what types of cuisine to choose or go for?

Tonning routine for unpredictable amount of training days during the week

Hi

I came up with below Routine for my wife to get tonned body.
'Workout days may happen from 1 up to 3 times per week. We never know when she will have time so routine is same for each training and is aimed to be holistic for all muscles groups. (altough yeah there is no triceps but you do it while you do bench presss etc.)

If there are any major problems with below please let me know.


Warm Up 5 minutes

Barbell Glute/Hip Bridge 2 10

That said, you can totally take advantage of bodybuilding workouts and the training style even if you have no intentions of competing and just want to get strong as hell.

approaching advice

hey bodybuilding ladies. its me jeremy. hi.

just joined a gym and looking to both get my ass in shape and find a partner in life.

how should i approach yall when doing your thing? just rock on up tensing my biceps and introduce myself?

or perhaps sit back chilled spectating your bench press from afar. with a casanova glint in my eye. the strategy that works mostly in bars.

i recently approached some hot peice of ass in the car lot. said she looked good inside. then her big ass mean ass bf got out some car and i had to leave then or he was going beat my ass. i realised i was no match for this dude. and how much of a pip squeak i seemed infront of this woman. so i guess it was best i left. out macho'd was enough for 1 day huh. out macho'd and my ass kicked would have been double terrible.

so how yall do the dating thing in gyms? whats my options here.

Lose weight and tone up

Hello! I've been trying to lose weight for the longest and now that I've been eating right and running. I'm finally shedding some pounds and clearing my breakouts. I've gone from 170 to 153 now(I'm also 4"9' if that matters) and I'm just wondering it's been a month. What can I do to lose weight? Steer clear of sugar and bread, I eat lots of fruits and veggies and protein/grains(food prep). But now I'm just not losing it. And I'm also starting to notice my legs are starting to hurt when I run.. what's some recommendations for excercise? Our gym opened back up but no trainers hired yet. So, I'm trying to figure myself and my routine out. Any help or advice will do. Thank you for your time!
